COLLOSA was founded in 1944 on the initiative of a single industrialist, Patricio Llorente de Blas, who, starting from practically nothing, managed to consolidate a company of some standing in the construction sector. In 1973, it was constituted as a public limited company upon the incorporation of three of his sons, Alejandro, Patricio, and Miguel Ángel, consolidating it as a medium-sized company. At the end of the 80s, with an increasingly important track record in the Community of Castilla and León and to serve an increasingly demanding society with its infrastructures, what was a construction company gradually transformed into a large business group, of which COLLOSA was the embryo. The need to diversify business activity led to new companies and stakes in related ones. COLLOSA has consolidated itself as a leading company in its sector. The key to its success is based on a strong customer orientation, a high level of professionalism among its employees, and a strong commitment to diversification and innovation.
