For over 20 years, Cofel has been dedicated to producing mattresses and bed bases with unique expertise to guarantee the best sleep. Thanks to our 3 well-known brands, Bultex, Epeda, and Merinos, as well as our employees, we have achieved our goal: to be the leader in bedding in France. Cofel in figures: each year, over 1 million mattresses and around 400,000 bed bases are produced in France across our four production sites: Criquebeuf-sur-Seine, Limoges, Noyen-sur-Sarthe, and Vesoul, and marketed through a network of several thousand retailers.
