About CLIC&MOI - Ernest

For over 10 years, CLIC&MOI has been working in the field to help people better understand, use, and secure their digital activities. Through workshops, training, and human support, this experience has allowed us to identify a central, urgent need. Today, the number one request concerns online fraud and scams. Fake SMS messages, fraudulent emails, suspicious calls, fake bank advisors, phishing links, identity theft, and AI-boosted scams: threats are exploding, and users often find themselves alone when deciding whether to click, reply, pay, or share information. This observation led to the creation of Mon Compagnon Ernest, the first AI companion against scams. Ernest analyzes suspicious content or situations, explains the risk level in simple terms, suggests the right reflexes, and supports the user in moments of doubt. Our ambition is to make Ernest the everyday anti-scam reflex for individuals, families, businesses, and organizations.
