In 1992, Clece was born, a business project within the ACS Group. A company capable of leading activities as important for society as social or educational services, without forgetting other activities related to sustainability or support for the institutional and business activity of our country: environmental services and energy efficiency, cleaning, maintenance of buildings and facilities, logistics or restoration, services that help institutions and companies to focus on their main activity and thus be more effective. Organized into seven territorial divisions, with delegations in the main Spanish and Portuguese capitals and a workforce of over 75,000 employees, we provide services to companies and institutions at any point in Spain and Portugal, maintaining the same quality standards. As one of the companies that manages the most people in Spain, with an annual workforce growth of close to 20% in the last three years, at Clece we have promoted in recent times a task that stems from our vocation to contribute to a more balanced society: the labor inclusion of disadvantaged groups. The challenge: to make Clece a place for everyone. This commitment to society has led us to have almost 10,000 people from disadvantaged groups among our workers.
