About City of Canton

Canton, Ohio, is proud to be Hall of Fame City! Located in northeastern Ohio, the City of Canton provides its residents with many benefits of big-city living while maintaining its charm as a medium-sized Midwestern town. Canton has the opportunities of a large-scale city while instilling that unparalleled feeling of a small hometown. Canton is chiefly notable for being the home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the birthplace of the National Football League. Canton is also home to the William McKinley National Memorial in honor of our country’s 25th president and the National First Ladies Library and Research Center.
