In 2004, Mr. Aridas Athanasios (Civil Engineer) and Mr. Vassilis Gougoulias (Mechanical-Electrical Engineer) formed the first company named AR.GO.TECNICA, aiming to offer solutions in the construction-renovation sector. Since then, much has changed, but our intervention and contribution always bear a proud stamp. In 2006, AR.GO.TECNICA took a new shape with new ideas, vision, and people, establishing the first technical office by Mr. Aridas Athanasios in Paleo Faliro. By 2008, the office was active in Athens, primarily operating from the historic center. In 2009, the company changed its legal entity to C.O., with management passing to founder Athanasios Arida and civil engineer Nikolaos Konstantinidis, who had a five-year tenure with the company. This marked the undertaking of senior management positions by company executives. In 2012, due to space shortages, the company moved to new offices on G September Street, covering over three hundred square meters with modern equipment to support the needs of the times and high competition. In 2014, to cover demand in Northern Greece, the company established a network with an engineering company and restructured, now serving nationwide with uniform quality. In 2016, the company moved to new offices seeking more modern building infrastructure and entered a joint venture with the real estate agency CENTRAL real estate. The quality management system was approved for the second time by BQC. In 2018, City Engineering expanded its activity to Santorini by establishing a branch in 2019 and moved to new offices on Ymittou Street.
