CITTI Märkte GmbH & Co. KG

About CITTI Märkte GmbH & Co. KG

Our 3 CITTI Markt hypermarkets are located in northern Germany and providing extraordinary food experience: 85,000 products excite our customers, from international brands to organic handcrafted specialties. The shopping trip doesn’t end at the cashier zone. Every CITTI Markt is located in one of Germany’s most successful shopping centers with a range of fashion, furnishing, and electronics retailers, the CITTI-PARK. CITTI is a family-owned company with decades-long tradition. With our 360-degree communication strategy, we are able to select the best touchpoint for each of our different CITTI Markt target groups (private and Scandinavian customers, B2B, etc.). Therefore, our popular loyalty program is absolutely essential. Customer data is our key to adjusting product lines, promotions, and mailings. With these specific marketing concepts, we are able to create a strong relationship, for example, to our Scandinavian visitors from Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. By developing our non-food mass-marketing, we focus on the ambitious connection between manufacturer and retailer. We offer our well-funded customers an outstanding selection of international non-food brands, which makes us absolutely untypical in the trading environment. The CITTI Markt located in Kiel is also specialized in export business. We supply German and European food to supermarkets and the food service industry, for example, in South America, the Canary Islands, and Eastern Europe.
