About citadelle systems AG

The citadelle systems AG is an IT system house group founded in 2019, actively shaping the consolidation of the IT system house market in Germany. The goal is to build a new champion in the system house market in Germany. The foundation of the group consists of locally leading and deeply rooted IT system houses with a profitable and loyal customer base. Many of these system houses are looking for a strategic partner for further growth and/or the strategic development of their business (also in the context of succession planning). Under the motto "IT. Digital. Local.", citadelle systems combines local strength and autonomy with the advantages of a (central) corporate group. The group's offering ranges from classic hardware and infrastructure business, through cloud and security offerings, to communication and workplace management solutions. In our currently 4 Competence Centers, we develop the IT portfolio for today and tomorrow. In just six years, the group has grown to 14 locations with a total of 230 employees. Customers appreciate the quality and services of the many colleagues on site: In 2023 and 2024, citadelle systems AG was each voted among the Top 3, and in 2025 ranked number 1 for Service Providers in Germany.
