About Choose Therapy

Choose Therapy provides community based Occupational Therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults. Services focus on building independence, functional capacity, and participation in everyday life across home, community, and work environments. Support areas include activities of daily living, life skills development, sensory regulation, emotional regulation, capacity building, assistive technology recommendations, home and living assessments, and Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA). Services are delivered using a practical, person centred, and goal focused approach, working closely with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
