China Construction Development (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (CCDM), established in 2016 in Malaysia, is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co Pte Ltd (CCDC). CCDM is expanding business in Malaysia and aimed to provide complete construction services from property development, design value engineering to main contractor management services. CCDM has been awarded a main contract in KL ECO City to design and build a 43-story Serviced Residences and Hotel by S P Setia. CCDC has been established in Singapore since 1992. Over 25 years of growth, CCDC has become a leading company for construction in main contractor services in Singapore. CCDC has obtained Singapore BCA Built Environmental Leadership Award (Gold Plus) and Quality Champion Award (Platinum) to recognize its excellence in construction quality and contribution to society.
