Chicken Love You

About Chicken Love You

Chicken Love You is the first fried chicken sandwich shop in Chile. After eating more than 1,250 sandwiches in 60 cities across 5 continents, Pipe Sánchez returned to Chile determined to open a place dedicated to the one product that blew his mind on his trip: FRIED CHICKEN. Thus, Chicken Love You was born, with the mission to POLLONIZE Chile and the world, repositioning fried chicken and giving it the place it deserves. Chicken Love You started in a food truck at the Sandwich Fair in March 2020, the last mass event before the pandemic lockdown. Then, on August 12, 2020, we opened our first Dark Kitchen at Avenida Ossa 2280, La Reina. Two months later, we opened our second kitchen at Gerónimo de Alderete 1121, Vitacura. And now we are preparing to open a third in Santiago Centro and a fourth in Lo Barnechea, while we continue searching for the perfect spot to open our first dine-in restaurant. We use only short chicken thighs because they are juicier and tastier. We marinate it in-house with a secret spice mix, and it takes us more than 10 hours to get it "Chicken Love You Style." In addition to fried chicken, we also have vegetarian options, with our CRISPY TOFU sandwiches, which we dehydrate and then rehydrate in coconut milk. We use potato bread, homemade sauces, ferments, pickles, and a whole range of textures and flavors to ensure you will eat a fried chicken sandwich that will be hard to forget. We are so obsessed with chicken that we even include products related to corn, its main food, in our sides and desserts: sweet corn on the cob cooked in butter, with spicy sauce, parmesan cheese, and cilantro; and a cornflake ice cream with salted caramel sauce. Let's pollonize!
