Chez Simone is the first Parisian venue to offer a holistic approach to well-being through the practice of sports and the cultivation of the mind. The motto of the place: the apartment that wants you well. Opened in September 2016, this atypical 453m2 living space is arranged like an apartment to make you feel at home in a friendly and caring atmosphere. It is located on the 1st floor of a residential building to allow everyone a break in their daily lives. 100% of group classes in 4 distinct rooms, in small groups of 10 to 14 people per class for almost individual support, and a proximity that makes the concept successful. A varied and diverse sports practice (dance, yoga, meditation, Pilates, training, boxing, trampoline...) offered 7 days a week with more than 100 classes per week. A weekly event program in collaboration with partner brands: Well-being workshops (naturopathy, essential oils, NLP...), Practical workshops (cooking classes, embroidery, sewing...), Inspiring talks with entrepreneurs, experts, high-level athletes...
