Established in 1926, Charles Trent is a top 5 UK automotive recycling company with a turnover of £30m. With over 95 years' experience, Charles Trent remains a family run business with a corporate mind. Operating across the whole of the UK with circa 200 employees, we collect, store, process and auction over 50,000 vehicles per annum on behalf of major insurance and fleet companies, and many more. Charles Trent continues to sell £8m of recycled parts worldwide annually which has grown 40% year on year for the last 3 years and recently was the recipient of the Solent 250 2018/19 growth story of the year award. We have made significant developments to position ourselves at the forefront of the vehicle recycling industry, continually investing in our sites, staff, processes and services to increase the scale of our operation. Currently, we collect, store, process and re-sell almost 50,000 vehicles annually across our two sites in Poole, Dorset and Rugby Warwickshire. Our sites feature specialist vehicle dismantling and depolluting equipment enabling us to recycle over 96.2% of each and every vehicle that arrives on site. Our clients include some of the UK's largest insurance companies.
