About Centro di Solidarietà Arezzo CSA ETS

We are a Third Sector organization active since 1983, recognized as an Auxiliary Body of the Tuscany Region and accredited in the health systems of Tuscany and Umbria. We operate in the field of prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and reintegration of adult individuals of any gender with substance, alcohol, and gambling addiction disorders, even in the presence of psychiatric comorbidity. Our intervention model is integrated, systemic-relational, and is based on the centrality of the person, respect for their rights, and the construction of individualized and shared paths, in close collaboration with territorial services (Ser.D, USL, public and private entities). We have a receptive capacity of approximately 130 people distributed across five locations in Tuscany (three in Arezzo, one in Abbadia S. Salvatore - SI, one in Grosseto) and Umbria (Città di Castello), offering accommodation in residential, semi-residential, and outpatient settings through differentiated services. We promote continuous improvement through: Adoption of certified quality standards (ISO 9001:2015) Continuous training and supervision of operators Collaborations with bodies, schools, institutions for prevention and awareness activities Active listening and involvement of families in the therapeutic process. We are inspired by the values of equality, impartiality, continuity, self-determination, and confidentiality, offering efficient, effective services that fully respect human dignity; CSA is apolitical and non-denominational. Our daily commitment is to accompany each person on a path of awareness, growth, and freedom, building together new possibilities for life and relationships with oneself and others.
