The CH Montperrin is a public mental health establishment with its main site located in Aix-en-Provence, in a 15-hectare park very close to the city center, part of which is listed as a historic monument. The hospital provides prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and therapeutic follow-up for people suffering from mental disorders and participates in the implementation of public health actions. It covers a population area of 600,000 inhabitants serving the entire north of the Bouches-du-Rhône department and the south of Vaucluse, with 50 outpatient structures offering consultations, day activities, and part-time hospitalization for 20,000 patients, bringing together over 1300 professionals. That's 1 in 30 inhabitants of the area who use its services. CH Montperrin has seven poles: Two poles of general adult psychiatry covering respectively: for the East pole: two sectors Aix – Gardanne – Trets // Aix – Pertuis // and an intersectoral service for the West pole: three sectors Salon – Miramas // Aix // Vitrolles – Berre A pole of child and adolescent psychiatry comprising two sectors (East/West) and an intersectoral service A resources pole comprising the services Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Elderly Psychiatry, Pass-Precarity, the Medical Information Department, and the contemporary art center 3bisf A transversal pole comprising the Emergency Reception and Liaison Psychiatry Federation, the somatic consultations service, the Villa Floréal Addiction Care, Support, and Prevention Center (CSAPA), the addiction service, and the pharmacy A pole for inmate care A medico-social pole Therapeutic, Educational, and Pedagogical Institute (ITEP) / Special Education and Home Care Service (SESSAD) "Sainte-Victoire" comprising two sectors (East/West).
