The Centre Hospitalier du Rouvray is a Public Health establishment specializing in the fight against mental illness in the Grand Rouen-Elbeuf area. It implements innovative actions in the field of prevention, diagnosis, care, rehabilitation, and social reintegration for patients with psychiatric disorders, regardless of their age. The Centre Hospitalier du Rouvray is organized into four activity poles: the child and adolescent psychiatry pole the Rouen sud-Elbeuf general psychiatry pole the Rouen rive-droite general psychiatry pole the Vallée de Seine, Caux et Bray rive-droite general psychiatry pole A main site dedicated to full-time hospitalization of 80 hectares located in the towns of Sotteville-Lès-Rouen and St Etienne du Rouvray 119 external structures for outpatient or part-time care (Medico-Psychological Centers, Day Hospitals, Part-Time Therapeutic Reception Centers, Consultations, Liaison Psychiatry...) spread across 61 different geographical locations. The population served lives in the Grand Rouen, Pays de Caux, and Pays de Bray areas, a catchment area of 730,000 inhabitants (57% of the Seine Maritime population and 40% of the Haute-Normandie population). It concerns 570,000 adults and 160,000 children and adolescents, as well as detainees at the Rouen Prison and the Val-de-Reuil Detention Center. Mental health is subject to a specific organization in the form of sectors. A sector is defined as a geographical area of care based on the patient's place of residence. This organization allows for continuous care between the treatment unit and outpatient structures.
