Ceesur INTEGRACION, a social initiative, was founded in 2005 with an unwavering commitment to help people with disabilities access dignified employment. This aims to improve their lives, the lives of their families, and provide companies with specialized professionals in areas such as general services, cleaning, disinfection, and gardening. Finding dignified work would make them less dependent and more active participants in society, which we call social profitability, where all parties benefit. Gradually, we gained new momentum with the ambition to lead greater social awareness towards people with disabilities. We advise companies and help launch CSR programs and projects focused on employment, HR, legal compliance, integration, and awareness. These are personalized programs ranging from internal impact to external social profitability. We emphasize the obligation of the General Law on Persons with Disabilities and the opportunity for companies to meet the 2030 SDGs, including decent work, equality, and education. The unemployment rate for this group is currently almost double the general rate, and we are honest and positive activists working to reduce this social injustice towards a vulnerable group. Every day, we work with extraordinary individuals who embrace the opportunity for employment with excitement and enthusiasm, giving their best and recognizing how exceptional it is for them today to develop personally through well-paid work. We want to be a voice for their often silent cry to be employable, to be complete individuals who develop their capabilities and are not judged by their disabilities, and to foster a society that increasingly respects the law, diversity, and equality.
