The cdg69, an essential partner for local authorities and public institutions in human resources management. More than 430 local authorities rely on the advice and expertise of our institution, particularly in matters of status, career management, and public employment. In total, nearly 12,000 employee careers are managed by the cdg69 services. Created in 1986, in application of the law of January 26, 1984, concerning the status of territorial public service, cdg69 acts on behalf of the affiliated local authorities, either mandatorily (municipalities and institutions with fewer than 350 employees) or voluntarily (others). It also exercises certain competencies for non-affiliated local authorities such as the Region, the Department, the Metropolis of Lyon, and several large municipalities such as Lyon, Villeurbanne, Vénissieux, etc.
