Responsibilities: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle, reporting faults and requesting repairs, according to the daily checklist; Responsible for respecting traffic laws; Respect speed limits at client sites; Drive the vehicle with prudence and defensive driving; Ensure the cargo is well-covered with tarpaulin and tied or strapped in the case of a curtain-sider; Check the cargo and its documentation before leaving for delivery. Requirements: Drive trucks in the transport of various loads, according to the vehicle's capacity, in services of delivery and pickup of goods, heavy materials, machinery, and equipment; Drive the vehicle on short and long-distance routes. Control the loading and unloading of cargo, guiding its arrangement in the vehicle; Inspect the truck, checking the condition of the tires, the fuel level, the oil in the crankcase, and testing the electrical system and brakes, to ensure their operating condition.
