About Castilla Termal Hoteles

Castilla Termal Hoteles was founded with the aim of establishing a network of wellness hotels in Spain's most emblematic locations. Each hotel shares a unique, unprecedented feature in national hotel history: the fusion of historic buildings with thermal waters. Our journey began in 2005 with the renovation of the 12th-century Sancti Spiritus convent in Olmedo, Valladolid, transforming it into the first four-star wellness hotel in Castilla y León. Its prime location makes it the closest to Spain's capital. Having achieved more than one objective, in 2010, we opened Castilla Termal Burgo de Osma, situated on the Renaissance Santa Catalina University grounds. In the summer of 2012, as part of our growth strategy, we began managing one of Spain's most historic spas, Solares. Our expansion continued in 2015 with the opening of Santa María de Valbuena, the best-preserved 12th-century Cistercian monastery in Europe, located in San Bernardo, Valladolid. Within its walls, in the heart of the Ribera del Duero's Golden Mile, lies the first five-star wellness hotel in Castilla y León. In 2023, Castilla Termal Brihuega opened its doors, housed in the former Royal Cloth Factory within the Garden of La Alcarria. All our hotels offer complementary services, ranging from banquets, ceremonies, meals, and corporate events to personalized multi-day wellness programs with the guidance and monitoring of specialists in aesthetics and thermal medicine.
