Cashera Select supports small businesses through a broker-based distribution model, offering financing solutions generally ranging from $10,000 to $1 million. Cashera Private Credit delivers structured capital solutions for larger businesses, offering $1 million to $5 million in funding. Cashera is led by Mark Allayev, Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, the company has built an integrated funding ecosystem that aligns technology, underwriting, and capital deployment. Credit strategy and lending operations are overseen by Paul Vega, Chief Lending Officer and Chief Operating Officer, while financial strategy and oversight are led by Matt Schulman, Chief Financial Officer. Cashera expanded internationally with the successful launch of Cashera UK in December 2025.
