Casa Leben is a leading organization in Austria for the care and support of seniors in our Casa residential care homes, the care and support of children in our Casa kindergartens, and offers a new living concept for people aged 60+ with Casa Living. At Casa Leben, we combine three phases of life: kindergarten children with their needs, people aged 60+ who are embarking on new paths, and seniors who have already lived a long life. Our practice as a social organization allows us to draw on broad knowledge and link our expertise from all areas of activity. Working at Casa is working with people. We know that our employees are our central strength. Through their commitment, they create spaces of security for residents, tenants, and children. Casa supports its employees through continuous measures in the areas of further training and occupational health management and offers a positive working atmosphere. Casa Leben has received multiple employer awards, including the nomination for the State Prize for Women and Family-Friendly Companies in Vienna 2015, the national seal of quality for work and family for health and care facilities (Vienna), and the nomination for the Operational Social Prize 2015. In 2019, Casa received the seal of quality for Occupational Health Promotion.
