En Copa de Balón — Where wine finds its most sublime expression What began in 1991 with a warehouse and an idea —to serve good wine to Madrid's hospitality sector with judgment and a given word— has become today a family group with more than 12 locations, an online wine cellar with over 1,600 references, and a Michelin Star. But we are still the same: a company that lives for wine and understands it from the cellar to the glass. We are a 100% family company, with no external funds or investors. Decisions are made by the same family that opens the doors every morning. This is reflected in the atmosphere, the way we work, and the pride with which each team member represents the brand. A group in full expansion, with 3 business models: 1. Distribution — DIBESA (Leganés) The origin and heart of the group. From our headquarters in Leganés, we distribute wines and beverages to all types of clients: individuals, all types of establishments, stores, and anyone who wants access to our selection. Without intermediaries, with over 35 years of direct relationships with producers and each reference backed by an internal tasting. What doesn't convince us, doesn't make it in. We also distribute to our own restaurants and stores, and we are the engine that powers our online store, with over 1,600 references of national and international wines and spirits available for delivery in 24-48 hours throughout Spain. 2. Restaurants A diverse gastronomic proposal ranging from signature wines to traditional Spanish cuisine, including Michelin-recognized haute cuisine. En Copa de Balón Enolounge — Three unique spaces where wine, gastronomy, and mixology coexist in a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere: Aravaca (our pioneer, since 2012), Soto de la Moraleja, and Copa Club in La Finca (Pozuelo de Alarcón). More than 150 wine references and a top-tier spirits list, always advised by professionals. Las Margaritas — Casa de Comidas (El Plantío, Av. de la Victoria 29) — A group project with its own identity, designed for local gastronomy. A proposal centered around traditional Spanish cuisine, without tricks or artifices: Spanish omelet, rice dishes, grilled meats, and fresh fish, with the conviction that everything tastes better under the roof of a home. Hautecuisine — The highest echelon of the group: Ancestral (Michelin Star) and Brassafina (Michelin Guide Recommended), both in Pozuelo. From the 1991 warehouse to internationally recognized haute cuisine, all within the same house. 3. Stores More than a wine shop, a concept. Our stores are spaces where the client shops with the same criteria as in a restaurant: advised by specialized professionals, with the possibility to taste before deciding, and access to references you won't find on any conventional shelf. We have five stores in Madrid: Calle Granada, Arturo Soria, Núñez de Balboa, Majadahonda, and Zoco Pozuelo. And our most innovative venture: La Casita in Claudio Coello, a hybrid model where the wine shop merges with gourmet food and wine by the glass, bringing the restaurant experience directly to retail. Why work with us? We are looking for people passionate about wine, gastronomy, and service, who want to grow in a group that is constantly launching new projects and believes in internal talent. If you are driven to make every glass a memorable experience, this is your place. Madrid | Since 1991 | Constantly growing
