Caritas Wohnen im Erzbistum Paderborn gGmbH operates diverse residential facilities and services for children, adolescents, and adults with disabilities in the Paderborn and Höxter districts. We are committed to the full and self-determined participation of every individual in society, with the right to choose and decide being central to our approach. We employ approximately 1,000 staff members. Our services also include: the Laurentius-Schule in Warburg, focusing on intellectual, physical, and motor development; the St. Hildegard special needs daycare center in Paderborn; the school support service; the Ambulanten Dienste Levi: social groups, socio-pedagogical family support, educational assistance, supervised visits; the family support service. Caritas Wohnen gGmbH is one of three non-profit limited liability companies within the Caritas Wohn- und Werkstätten im Erzbistum Paderborn association. The association "Caritas Wohn- und Werkstätten im Erzbistum Paderborn e. V." (CWW Paderborn), based in Paderborn, provides support and care to around 4,000 individuals across 40 facilities and services in elderly and disability assistance, employing over 2,600 staff members. The disability assistance facilities are primarily located in the Paderborn and Höxter districts, while the elderly care facilities are spread throughout the entire Paderborn Archdiocese.
