Cardiologie Centra Nederland (CCN) is an organization of independent treatment centers for cardiological care where patients with cardiovascular diseases and referring physicians can go immediately. We stand for the best innovative and personal cardiovascular care with optimal service and personal guidance. There are currently 12 locations in the Netherlands: Almere - Amsterdam AMC - Amsterdam Geervliet - Amsterdam West - Amsterdam Zuid - Blaricum - Hoogvliet - Utrecht - Voorschoten - IJmuiden - Middelburg - Dokkum. After referral from the general practitioner, the patient can see us within 24 hours. All necessary examinations take place the same day within 2 hours by highly skilled cardiologists and specialists. At the end of the examinations, the cardiologist discusses the diagnosis with the patient and, if necessary, draws up a treatment plan. The referring physician also receives feedback the same day. Within CCN, a cardiologist is available for every subspecialty within cardiology. In addition, our cardiologists are actively involved in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
