Cake Digital Bank

About Cake Digital Bank

Cake Digital Bank is an AI-first digital bank built for scalable growth, operational efficiency, and sustainable profitability. Operating as a fully digital banking platform, 100% of transactions are conducted online, with approvals completed within minutes — supporting streamlined operations and a structurally efficient cost model from early scale. Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI are embedded across the entire banking value chain — spanning product development, customer acquisition, credit underwriting, fraud detection, risk management, collections, and end-to-end automation. At Cake, AI is not an enhancement layer; it is the operating backbone. By the end of 2024, Cake became the first fully digital bank in Vietnam to achieve EBITDA profitability — placing the bank among the top 5% of the most operationally efficient digital banks globally. This milestone reflects disciplined growth, standardized credit governance, strong asset quality management, and a robust data-driven risk framework. Today, Cake serves more than 7 million customers and continues to scale with a focus on risk discipline and long-term value creation. The bank has been recognized among the World’s Top 100 Digital Banks by TAB Insights and named Best Digital Bank in Vietnam by The Asian Banker and International Banker. Built in one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing digital economies, Cake represents a resilient, AI-led banking model designed for durable competitive advantage and long-term value creation for customers, partners, and stakeholders.
