CADU INMOBILIARIA is a young company established in Aguascalientes in September 2001 with the aim of developing, building, and marketing accessible housing for the middle and lower segments of the Mexican population. In 2002, it built its first development, Santa Isabel, in Aguascalientes with 562 homes. In the same year, it undertook its second project, Bajío de Las Palmas, and in 2003, it built its third development, Cima De Chapulín, while also entering a new market, Jalisco, with Villas de La Hacienda. The visionary executives of CADU analyzed the Mexican market and identified a significant niche in Quintana Roo. Consequently, in 2004, they established their corporate offices in Cancun and constructed their first development in the area under the name Villas Otoch, totaling 6,636 homes. Recognizing the ongoing need to provide homeownership opportunities to more families who lacked the possibility at the time, in 2008, they initiated the Villas Otoch Paraíso project, which involved the construction and sale of 14,000 homes. Simultaneously, they developed Villas del Mar in Cancun and the Villas del Sol Development in Playa del Carmen. In 2005, the company achieved first place in economic housing (Social Interest) in the state of Quintana Roo. In 2006, it ranked thirteenth nationally for the escritura (registration) of 3,451 homes through Infonavit credit. In 2009, it exceeded growth expectations by ranking among the top ten developers, registering 5,416 homes, of which 4,749 were through Infonavit, representing an 82% growth in the number of homes compared to the previous year. Currently, with over 100,000 homes sold, CADU is seeking new investment opportunities in other states of the Republic to provide a home for more Mexicans.
