The Federal Real Estate Company. Our portfolio is immense and diverse. Properties belonging to federal ministries, customs, the federal police, and many other state institutions are part of it, as are barracks and large training areas with forest and open land across Germany. We manage and operate our properties. We continuously modernize our holdings and expand them through custom-built new constructions. We use our extensive expertise for accessibility, structural fire protection, and meeting energy requirements, and we support the federal government's housing initiative with affordable living space.
