About Buenvivir Construcciones

We are Buenvivir, the Colombian construction company with almost two decades of experience, developing real estate projects that contribute to the economic and social growth of the country, with thousands of stories built, accompanying families who today own their homes. What has made us leaders in the sector are our benefits such as the national construction company with the best locations at the best price, and achieving the realization of a wide variety of housing projects characterized by their modern designs with accessible prices in Bogotá and Cundinamarca. In our DNA is helping to build opportunities to improve the quality of life for Colombians; we do it from where we know best: generating employment, providing personalized solutions, and developments tailored to possibilities to achieve homeownership. On this path, we have delivered around 9,000 homes in VIS and Non-VIS projects. Since Buenvivir was born, we have worked tirelessly with the same purpose: to fulfill the promises to the families who trust us. And we do it with the satisfaction of seeing how each new owner transforms their space into a home full of life and achieved goals.
