About BTE Nederland BV

We are the BTE Group: an ambitious and healthy company in which specialized brands come together: ASCEM, Romein, Kemper, De Hamer, Lodewikus, De Meteoor, Steenhuis, Hercules, Hermes and Vebo Beton & Staal. We focus on our individual specialisms and sustainability, knowledge, people and innovation. What characterizes us is that we are critical of ourselves and the things we do. But above all, we are proud; proud of our brands, our employees and the role we have as BTE in the industry. At the BTE Group, you get the opportunity to grow in your profession and to work with colleagues on something that lasts. Literally. Because with our precast concrete products, we help build bridges, overpasses, homes, and many more beautiful projects throughout the Netherlands. With multiple locations and over 800 permanent colleagues (plus 200 flexible workers), we form a close-knit group of professionals. Each with their own specialism, but always with the same goal: to deliver quality that we are proud of. We believe that our people make the difference. That is why we invest in your development and give you the space to use and further discover your talents. This allows you to grow, challenge yourself, and excel in what you do best. In short: at the BTE Group, you not only help build strong projects, but also your own future. In concrete, of course!
