About BRUNATA-METRONA GmbH Co. & KG

BRUNATA-METRONA combines high-tech with stability. As a Munich-based family business, we embrace digitalization with our own data center, complex SAP applications, and self-programmed Android apps. Yet, people remain our focus – just as our customers value continuity in service, we also prioritize long-term, trusting collaboration in our HR policies. As a leading service partner for the intelligent operation of properties, we relieve property managers by taking over legally mandated tasks related to properties and executing them efficiently, legally sound, and with high quality. Our main product is the consumption-based heating cost billing for multi-family houses, based on a multitude of electronically recorded data. Our radio-equipped devices replace traditional on-site readings by transmitting consumption values without the need to enter individual apartments or commercial units. We are constantly evolving – not only to open up new business areas but also to offer our customers complete solutions such as energy performance certificates, drinking water analysis, smoke detector service, or data exchange. To this end, we founded the innovation lab BRUNATA N3XT for agile entry into smart business models. Furthermore, we conduct research projects in cooperation with universities, for example in the areas of smart home and energy efficiency. In dialogue with customers, we shape the emerging future in connected buildings. BRUNATA-METRONA Munich is part of the Germany-wide BRUNATA-METRONA Group with other company locations in Hamburg (BRUNATA Wärmemesser Hagen GmbH & Co. KG) and Hürth near Cologne (BRUNATA-METRONA GmbH).
