Broadreach is a leading specialist recruitment & project support business operating globally, headquartered in Somerset. Our core markets are Marine, Joinery, Construction, Engineering & Manufacturing and of course Recruitment. We are, and always will be a professional recruitment company with a proven track record in delivering the following core services: Retained Search Permanent Staffing Campaign Management Contract/Interim Project Services Process Outsourcing/Vendor Management Psychometric Testing We have started this fantastic recruitment company to make a difference, not only to those candidates and clients that we trade with every day, but also to the staff that we employ. Broadreach is a family business employing and developing local people and equipping them with the tools and the career opportunities that they need in order to be happy at work and at home. Don't get me wrong, we take our business seriously, and we are 100% focused on being the best that we can be when it comes to customer experience, and ensuring that our clients needn't look elsewhere for a recruitment solution, ever! BUT we also want to ensure that the great team that we have enjoy this process and have fun doing it. We want them to walk into the office with big grins, and their families to be happy and proud that their partners or parents are being excellent at recruitment and enjoying it at the same time. We are lucky to have a global client base as well as a great local customer portfolio here in the South West, and we are pleased to be able to deliver solutions to these clients from a location 25 minutes from the beach, surrounded by fields and stunning landscapes, great shops and pubs. At Broadreach we embrace our local community whenever we can - over 90% of our supply chain is located within a 10-mile radius of our offices - our view is simple, if we don’t support local businesses, who will? and why should they use us?
