Brisa Bridgestone Sabanci

About Brisa Bridgestone Sabanci

As Brisa, we operate as a joint venture between Sabancı Holding and Bridgestone Corporation. We are the mobility leader in our sector with our Bridgestone, Lassa, and Dayton tire brands, our Otopratik, Propratik, and Arvento mobility brands, and our national and international presence. Our goal in our journey to pioneer mobility transformation in our country goes beyond tires: to be a game-changer in the mobility sector! We are rewriting the rules of the game with our İzmit Factory, which holds the title of Turkey's first factory equipped with smart applications in the sector, our young Aksaray factory, and over 3000 Brisa employees. With our reimagined employee experience approach, we are fully ready for the future together with our Brisa employees! We are implementing agile practices that shorten project timelines with our remote and hybrid working models, physical, mental, and spiritual health support packages, flexible employment, and alternative working methods. We are working with excitement to carry forward our culture and growth story, which focuses on the future, leadership, development, unity, and goodness in every move.
