A company born for success. Starting its activities in 1976, Brafer emerged as a structural metal design office, born from the dream of engineer Marino Garofani, the company's president to this day. The year after its founding, Brafer was already manufacturing its first structures. Initially, small projects were carried out, such as industrial roofs and pavilions. Then came the major works, like the bridge over the Piquiri river, with a free span of 60 meters and weighing 200 tons, manufactured and assembled by Brafer in 1979, in a project that stood out for using the most advanced technology available at the time. In 1980, Brafer's rented warehouse was no longer sufficient to store factory stocks. Thus, the company moved to its own headquarters in Araucária, a municipality near Curitiba, which includes a large plot of land with easy access to the main highways, where it is located to this day.
