About Boston FAM

BostonFam is a Family and Employee-owned company that sells great furniture and we create amazing rooms with our customers. But we are much more than a Retail Furniture company, we are a personal and professional development company. We believe in our employee-owners and we care about their personal growth just as much as their professional growth. By joining our team, you join our ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan).
