We aim to inspire the transition toward a plant-based diet. For seven generations, our family business has strived to create sustainable solutions using only the best of what nature gives us. We want to contribute to making the world a better place and inspire others to do the same. Behind our brands, 12,100 employees are committed to providing a healthy sustainable and affordable diet for as many people as possible. We believe everyone can have a greater impact. Creating a positive work environment and actively contributing to the well-being of our employees, partners, and local communities is at the heart of what we do. Our company offers you the opportunity to work on environmentally friendly missions that also provide millions of consumers around the world with healthy plant-based products. We make business performance and positive impact inseparable to ensure the sustainability of our business model. Our B! Pact outlines our commitments to the planet, food and people through specific and measurable plans. We promote responsible farming practices worldwide, always working to find new ways of growing, preparing and selling our products without harming the environment. We strive every day to make plant-based food affordable for everyone and to promote a delicious and healthier diet. We want to become a 100% B Corp certified company by 2025.
