BOMIX

About BOMIX

Founded in Bahia in 1996, Bomix began operations with only two injection molding machines, a semi-automatic screen printing machine, and 16 employees. The evolution was accelerated and constant. The competitive characteristics of the thermoplastics sector itself indicated the immediate need for investments in advanced technologies, organizational innovations, increasingly qualified labor, and differentiated services for the market. These principles led to a high standard of quality and the achievement of its first certification, ISO 9001, in 2006. In 2019, Bomix inaugurated its new industrial park in Bahia, the largest in Latin America for the manufacture of plastic buckets. The facility, one of the most modern in the world, features cutting-edge technology in all its equipment, climate-controlled areas, and rigorous quality control, including the Food Safety Management System, meeting the necessary requirements for the important achievement of the International Certification – FSSC 22000. It is the only packaging company in Brazil with a manufacturing plant entirely adapted to international food safety standards.
