About Bogro

Bogro, founded in 1973, has a strong reputation in the world of central heating, cooling, and ventilation installations. We believe in a combination of freedom and responsibility, which offers our colleagues challenges and room for their own initiatives. At Bogro, team spirit is central, with an informal and pleasant atmosphere ensuring everyone feels at home. We value the growth and development of our colleagues, providing funding for training courses, workshops, and certifications, and a close-knit team ready to support each other. We have short lines of communication in a flat company culture, allowing everyone to know each other well. And we love to have fun! Friday afternoon drinks, F1 simulator races during breaks, summer barbecues, and visits from Sinterklaas – we go all out when there's something to celebrate. Personal milestones, company successes, and anniversaries are celebrated in grand style! If you are looking for a workplace where innovation, freedom, development, and fun come together, you are in the right place at Bogro.
