About BMA Architecture

At BMA Architecture, we design spaces where people live, connect, and thrive. With offices in Gilbert and Chandler, Arizona, we specialize in multi-family residential architecture—think modern apartment complexes, vibrant mixed-use developments, and housing that balances aesthetics with real-world functionality. We’re a collaborative, design-forward firm that believes great architecture starts with listening. Our team combines creativity, technical expertise, and a strong sense of purpose to bring bold ideas to life while staying grounded in buildability, budgets, and client goals. What sets us apart? We care about the details—both in our drawings and in the way we work with clients, consultants, and each other. We move fast, communicate clearly, and value people who take initiative and bring fresh thinking to the table. Whether you're just launching your career or looking to grow into a leadership role, BMA offers room to make your mark on meaningful projects that help shape neighborhoods and communities.
