Bluetab, an IBM Company

About Bluetab, an IBM Company

Welcome to Bluetab! An international and close-knit team of technologists who, through our specialization, tackle complex intelligent technology challenges in Cloud Computing, Big Data, Data Analytics, and Data Governance ecosystems. In 2006, we saw the opportunity to do what large consulting firms offered, but with a differential approach, with smaller teams, in less time, and with better results. That's how Bluetab was born. What future do we face? Besides our offices in Madrid, we have brought the Bluetab family to cities like Barcelona, Alicante, Málaga, and Bilbao, and to countries like Mexico, Peru, and Colombia. We are also expanding our projects throughout EMEA and the USA. Our passion for technology: Our specialization in Data & Cloud and well-done work have led us to become, since 2021, an IBM Company, reinforcing our focus. We were born in 2006 with the objective of revolutionizing the sector and now we work to become leaders in Data & AI in all the regions where we operate. At Bluetab, we understand data management as an iceberg. What is seen, the data that brings value to your business, is just the tip of the iceberg. What is behind and unseen is key. Our culture, the Bluetabbers come first: "What I like most about Bluetab: we are all people, not numbers, it's all very close." Alba Lamas (Big Data Engineer at Bluetab). Bluetab culture focuses on people, although we also have a deep engineering and quality work culture. We take care daily of a specialized and motivated team of over 1400 Bluetabbers participating in projects for EMEA and America. Our structure is open and we have a nonconformist DNA: we value knowledge, talent, and well-done work, but above all, we value a positive attitude, the desire to do things, and complex challenges. We work to foster the autonomy and development of our staff under the principle of Work-Life Balance with benefits that help to work with passion and stability in a diverse and egalitarian work environment, investing in socially responsible actions. All of this has led us to be Great Place to Work & Best Workplaces in Spain and Mexico, with the latter also receiving the Best Workplaces for Women recognition.
