Blue Bottle Coffee

About Blue Bottle Coffee

For us, the joy of coffee runs deeper than the cup it’s poured in. It’s more than the meticulous care and craft required to bring it from farmer to brewer, bean to cup. More than developing a great palate or perfecting latte art technique. Because while all those things help make it delicious, the real joy of coffee is quite simply, sharing it. This is the calling of our baristas around the world: to prepare and serve this ancient, and deeply beloved alchemy using the most thoughtful, curious, and generous expression of omotenashi—a selfless, and wholehearted approach to hospitality—we can summon. One that unlocks the delight glimmering in every sip. The Blue Bottle barista is more than a brewer of delicious coffee—they are a trusted guide on a journey of flavor and discovery where the ultimate destination is a moment of pure bliss. At Blue Bottle Coffee, we believe the most rewarding careers bloom from those who are committed to authentic self-development and genuine team collaboration. We are a community of curious coffee lovers, respectful of our past yet full of future. Every step we take is intentional, guided by an unwavering commitment to delivering true quality and serving others wholeheartedly. Collectively, we will lead the future of specialty coffee.
