About Blankers Schoon

Welcome to Blankers Schoon! Since our founding in 1966 as a family business, we have grown into a valued facility partner for many great companies in Limburg and Brabant. With bold ambitions and a touch of stubbornness, we strongly believe in our authentic approach. Our core values – Close, Expert, and Sustainable – form the basis of everything we do. We are proud of our sustainable and professional working methods and our personal approach. Unlike national giants, we are right in the middle of the local community. Our direct, decisive, and flexible approach makes Blankers unique. Every day, we collectively deliver 'Grateful Work' to keep the living and working environment of our clients hygienically clean. This is essential for a safe workplace, especially in the post-corona era. What do we offer? At Blankers, you are part of a warm family of over 500 colleagues. Despite our growth, our family values remain at the heart of our company: customer focus, long-term relationships, decisiveness, job satisfaction, and commitment. Our culture is characterized by togetherness: we look out for each other and support each other where needed. We believe in equal opportunities for everyone, including people with a distance to the labor market. Our PSO Level 3 certificate emphasizes our social character and our commitment to helping people grow and develop. In addition to excellent primary and secondary employment conditions, we invest in the health and financial security of our employees. We strive for satisfied and motivated colleagues who work with passion. The title Most Attractive Employer (Large Company, Midden region) 2022 shows that our efforts are appreciated. At Blankers, everyone is central. Our employees are our most valuable asset, and that's why we cherish them. Become part of our family too and experience for yourself what it's like to be part of Blankers Schoon!
