Blanchard Machinery Company sells and rents new and used Caterpillar heavy construction and mining equipment throughout South Carolina. It also sells compact construction equipment (mini-excavators and skid-steer loaders) to serve landscaping and smaller contractor needs. Other products include diesel and natural gas engines and industrial gas turbines. Blanchard Machinery maintains an extensive inventory of new and used parts and component systems; it also offers preventive maintenance and repair services. G. Robert Blanchard founded the company in 1982. His son, Joe Blanchard, is the company's president and CEO.
