About Black Hills Works

For nearly 70 years, Black Hills Works has been creating opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout the Black Hills. Nearly 600 people rely on Black Hills Works for homes, employment, arts, recreation, transportation, and individualized support that empowers them to live lives of dignity and purpose. We're also proud to partner with businesses, foundations, volunteers, and community leaders who believe inclusion makes our entire community stronger. Whether you're looking for a meaningful career, ways your company can make an impact, or opportunities to support our mission, we'd love to connect. At Black Hills Works, we empower the people we support to live lives with dignity and purpose. The Suzie Cappa Art Center and Gallery, Flutter Productions, Unique Auto Grooming, and the Black Hills Works Foundation are all parts of the Black Hills Works family--creating inclusive and diverse environments that keep people at the heart of all that we do.
