About Bistek Supermercados

The Bistek Supermarket Network currently has 19 units distributed throughout the state of Santa Catarina, employs over 4,500 employees, and has consolidated itself as one of the main revenues in the supermarket sector in Santa Catarina. Founded as a family business, the Bistek Network is still managed today by the children of its founder, businessman Adelino Ghislandi. Throughout our journey, we have found partners, suppliers, employees, and communities who have always been by our side in achieving this project and who make us proud to be part of this history. Bistek's priority is the well-being of people and respect for customers, employees, suppliers, and the communities where it operates. The network maintains effective corporate social responsibility actions, developing aligned projects and committed partnerships for the development of people and the construction of a more just society. Thus, the Bistek Network provides its employees with technical and behavioral knowledge during working hours, as well as stimulating teamwork, which is essential for collective improvement. We are a big family that spares no effort to satisfy the community, and that makes the difference.
