Biofarma is one of the oldest medicine companies, founded in the 1940s in Turkey. Biofarma operated in Mercan-Istanbul between 1950 and 1989. Biofarma was bought by Mustafa Öncel in 1973 and subsequently became a limited company. The company has always been aware of technological improvements by utilizing specialists and technological opportunities. In 1990, Biofarma relocated from Mercan-Istanbul to Sancaktepe-Istanbul, occupying a 17,000 m² site with a 15,000 m² modern facility. It became a joint-stock company in 1998. Currently, we are part of the Isanne S.A.R.L. LUX. Group. With values of trust, good vision, good mission, and traditional values, Biofarma Pharmacies is a brand of trust and quality in the medicine market, serving Turkish medicine since 1945.
