We are a French company, committed to good food and living together. We are convinced that our need to connect goes beyond commerce and that food is our best ground for exchange. Our mission is clear: to bring to life real places for exchange around gastronomy. By bringing together the best local independent artisans, Biltoki forms the 1st network of unique market halls where each reflects the gastronomic identity of its region. With us, there is no duplicable model, each opening is a new adventure. Local merchants, artisans, and chefs, join the Biltoki adventure and integrate an existing market hall or a future market hall project. A great team: Biltoki, "the place that gathers" in Basque, is 30 Biltokians, all as passionate about food as each other; wanting to bring back the market places of yesteryear. Biltoki is a family that is growing more and more to offer unique places of sharing, authenticity, and conviviality around the world.
