About Bild Desenvolvimento Imobiliário

In 2007, when we started this story in Ribeirão Preto - São Paulo, we already imagined that, at some point, we would be proud to look back at everything that brought us here. And here we are. We expanded our operations to 14 more regions, in the States of São Paulo and Minas Gerais. Besides Ribeirão Preto, today we are in: Franca, Araraquara, Bauru, Campinas, Piracicaba, Marília, São José do Rio Preto, São Carlos, São Paulo, Sorocaba, Limeira, Uberlândia and Uberaba. In our portfolio, we already have over 12,200 units in more than 80 launched developments, with over 35 developments already delivered. All this achieved with great responsibility, valuing sustainable development, the community, and our entire ecosystem. In these 15 years of existence, evolution is the word that defines us. Not just for what we have done, but for what we will still do. For the stories that begin today and will be talked about tomorrow. For what we materialize and for all the new ideas we will have.
