Lister works, with specialized supervisors and experts by experience, for people with severe psychiatric disorders and addiction problems. The client, together with them, looks for opportunities to build a meaningful life and to participate in society to the best of their ability. This is always customized. This is done in close cooperation with next of kin, referrers, organizations for work reintegration, care providers, neighborhood organizations, residents and volunteers. In that cooperation, establishing an (informal) support system for the individual client is an important guidance goal. Because Lister aims to ultimately make itself redundant in relation to the client.
