Big-Dill Hospitality is a family-owned restaurant group that owns and operates Muchacho Tex-Mex, Whistle Britches, Even Coast, Casa Brasa, Kamilla and many more unique and fantastic dining concepts coming soon in the DFW area. Helmed by Chef Omar Flores, a two-time James Beard Semi-Finalist, Best Chef SW and Dallas Rising Star Chef, this is Chef Flores’ newest passion project several years in the making.
